Designing with AI for Social Impact

This program guides participants through the design thinking process, specifically applying it to create AI-powered solutions for social impact. It is a unique design thinking certification with a strong emphasis on social change and equity. Each course builds directly on the skills and project work developed in the previous one, culminating in a launch-ready Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and a comprehensive portfolio piece.

Program Outcomes:

Upon completion, participants will receive:

• A certificate in Design Thinking for Community Impact: Designing with AI.
• A portfolio-ready project showcasing problem-solving skills, from research and ideation (Course 1) to AI-powered prototyping and launch planning (Courses 2 & 3). This includes research insights, iterated MVP, business model canvas, launch plan, and final presentation.
• Connections with design thinking experts, AI specialists, and fellow change-makers from their cohort, built throughout the program.
