Course Description

Projects deliver value, people deliver projects, and project managers facilitate the process of bringing ideas to life. Developing skills and experience to raise the level of complexity a project manager can successfully deliver, begins with building knowledge. This program will start the development of a strong foundation. Projects come in many forms, some with extreme complexity, and others delivered by smaller teams. So, project managers need to experience projects managed in a centralized manner with more predictive outcomes and decentralized adaptive projects requiring the highest degree of flexibility.
