This full-day professional development course introduces the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator? (MBTI?) as a practical, evidence-based framework for enhancing leadership effectiveness and workplace performance. Participants explore how personality preferences influence communication, decision-making, leadership, teamwork, stress, change, and conflict. Through guided interpretation, group discussion, self-reflection, and applied activities, learners gain insight into their own preferences and those of others, and develop practical strategies to adapt their leadership approach, strengthen collaboration, and navigate workplace challenges more effectively.
