Course Description

Join us Saturdays for a one-hour walk around our beautiful Stockton Campus. Enjoy the scenery, socialize and improve your health. Walking is considered the best form of exercise for the whole body and is beneficial for all age groups. Research suggests that exercising in a group is better than exercising alone. Before participating, check with your doctor to ensure there are no medical contraindications, special considerations or limitations. Location: Burns Tower.
