Course Description

This class is for persons who want to learn about tai chi and learn a beginner’s tai chi form that has 10 movements. The class will be taught outside in a private area on the University of the Pacific campus. The class will be indoors in bad weather. This gentle form of exercise can help you maintain strength, flexibility and balance, and could be the perfect activity to enhance your wellness and wellbeing.
